Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What's the cost?

It varies depending on your requirements. My price for providing everlasting wedding memories are fair and include everything from the full day I'm with you to the 2 or 3 days editing that will follow the wedding day. Typically my charge for a full day coverage is currently £850. I have two other packages for shorter weddings £700 without bridal prep and £400 for ceremony only which includes guest arrival, ceremony and photos after at the ceremony venue. There may be an additional charge for travel depending on the location. If you require coverage for less than a full day then a revised quote can be provided but please bear in mind that if I accept a booking I cannot take a full day coverage so the fee will take this into account.

Q. How much is the deposit?

£150

Q. Can we meet up before we book you?

I prefer to do a pre-wedding meet up if possible. I can understand you and your wedding photography requirements better and I need to know all about your Wedding Day and timings. We will also take this opportunity to chat and get some photographs so that you feel more comfortable on your Wedding Day. These images are included in the price quoted. I find this time is so valuable and makes the wedding day so much easier for all of us.

Q. How far will you travel?

I am based in Chorley but I don't have a problem with travelling. I've been lucky enough to cover Weddings abroad but let me know the venue and I'll make it clear from the start if there is any charge for travel.

Q. How long do we have to wait for the photos?

I want to make sure you have the best photos you possibly can following your wedding. It usually takes six to eight weeks for me to edit a full day wedding but I'll get you some photos the following day so you can share them with friends and family. You will also get colour and black and white edits of the same photos for any that I feel will look good in black and white.

Q. Will you visit the venue before the wedding day?

I've covered quite a few weddings in the North West but if I'm in the area around the same time of year then yes I'll pop in and have a look around and maybe use that to discuss some ideas as well.

Q. Am I Inclusive?

Absolutely, I want to celebrate with you and record your day irrespective of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, ethnicity and colour. We are all human, equal and diverse.

Q. Do we have to feed you?

It's not essential but very much appreciated it's not always easy finding somewhere to eat near the venue. If not don't worry but please let me know ahead of the day so I can prepare something to eat. 12 hours on your feet needs some refuelling!

Q. How do we receive the images?

One the editing is completed I will send you a link to an online gallery. This will allow you to share with friends and family. All your edited photos will be given to you on a personalised USB. If you require prints and/or an album we can discuss this but there will be an additional charge.

Q. How do we pay the final balance?

The balance needs to be paid prior to receipt of the edited photos.

Q. Are you insured?

Yes for £5m public liability.

Q. We need two photographers, can you help us with that?

I can try and arrange to have someone else as well but I'll need plenty of notice.

Q. Can you make an album for us?

I can provide an album but there will be an additional charge. Albums are time consuming to make and cost quite a bit to produce so I can provide one if you wish.

Q. What else do I need to know?

When you think of something just ask me!

TESTIMONIALS

“We had Stefan as our Wedding Photographer and it was the best decision we made. Stefan from start to finish was helpful, made us feel at ease and was never in your face with the camera. Yet he captured every possible moment. The quality of the images were perfect  and the amount captured was like reliving the whole day. "

Hayley
